With the development of economic globalization, transnational corporations, as the carrier of globalization, play an important role in the international relations. Transnational corporations have come out of their own countries to the world, and most countries can see the shadow of transnational corporations. However, transnational corporations increase foreign direct investment, at the same time, and a phenomenon which is contrary to foreign direct investment makes a tremendous impact on international relations. More and more countries pay attention to the phenomenon around the world, which is the divestment acts of transnational corporations. There is the significance to study the impact of divestment acts of transnational corporations on international relations for any host country of investment, especially for China which accepted the world's largest investment. Now, however, the studies on the divestment of transnational corporations are not many, some of which are only in economics, management studies and other fields.
