Study On Green Logistic Schedule And Its Implemention In Konka Company

With the continuous development of economy and changing of the environment, Green Logistics (GL) aiming at lowering the environment pollution and reducing resource consumption is paid more and more attention by all countries. To protect the environment and adapt to the requirement of internationalization, the industrial of household electrical appliance in China enhance the executation of GL to increase the additional value of products to strengthen the competition, to keep the company surviving and developing under the current worldwide financial crisis and crucial economic environment.The thesis is about the study on Green Logistics Schedule and Implement in Konka Company with the theroy of GL, Green Supply Chain, Stakeholder Theory and Product Life Cycle, and the detailed plan of GL in Green Purchase, Green Package and Green Transportation are also described. First of all, in the Green Purchase Part, the relation between supplier and customer is described with Stakeholder Theory,and supplier assessment and management, and the performance of buyer are also analysized with many tables and datas. Secondly, in the Green Package aspect, the author takes very detailed analysis on the necessary of Green Package, option of Green Package material and design issue. Thirdly, in the Green Transportation field, he also develops very wide analysis on stuff-training, implementation of resource saving technology, cost control on transportation and the option of transportation mode. Lastly, with all of mentioned problem in the GL processes, some further addviced and solution are put forward to improve Green Supply Chain system in Konka Company and benefit the company on the realization of Green Logistics management.
