| This thesis,through the analysis of news reports on stock market in XinMin News Evening from June 2006 to June 2008,attempts to explore the characteristics and the shortfalls of the reports on the ups and downs of the stock market during this period.Bedsides the analysis of the reports,a case study and parallel analysis are also included in this thesis.The author then summarizes the state of reports of XinMin News Evening when large events occur in the stock market.An objective evaluation is also provided by comparison with Morning News(newspaper in the same city).After the analysis,the author finds that the news reports on stock market in XinMin News Evening appears to be in formula.It is a one-way propagation since it lacks in interaction with the readers.And the emphasis on the news reports on stock market is far form enough.However,the reports attempt to be rational,no matter the news or comments,trying to be comprehensive and generous,aiming at objective reports.On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics and shortfalls of the reports,the author at last tries to explore a breakthrough of the news reports on stock market in XinMin News Evening. |
