Research On The China's Family Enterprise System

Today, family enterprises is the oldest form of human society and the world common form of business organization. Family Pattern is the most common private enterprises in China to take the mode of operation of the economy because of its ecological and environmental constraints, many family enterprises's problems depends on the integration of the rule of law and private enterprise system of modern enterprise management . to achieve the realization of institutional innovation and complement each other. In this paper, it begin with the private sector body to explain the originator, and then ,through the empirical Chinese and foreign enterprises's Study, come to the Rationality and the limitations of existence of family enterprises, and thirdly raised the Chinese family enterprises's problems faced by each enterprises; The fouth ,leads to a modern family business system's general theoretical analysis, after contact family enterprises of China's real family enterprises Run in the modern enterprise system in China , bring forward the managing path of China's family business, and finally bringing forward the China's family enterprises's boundary in transition to a modern enterprise system in which the boundary is the critical frame of reference; and By the way Explaining the trend of China's real family enterprises's development, the aim is to Optimize the China's family enterprises system in the reality of enterprises's operation and future reference.
