Market competition strengthen, hetegenerous diffluence of mobile communication, these new techinique communication methods make it hard for Zhuhai Subsidiary to make a breakthrough in traditional voice business. The tactic transformation strategy of China Telecom and transformational business make it possible to find a breakthrough in telecom marketing. The distribution of these transformational business is now the most important part of the whole sales. Because the difference between the transformational and traditional business is apparant, the old method is not suitable. In order to improve the efficiency of the sales, there is a need to deploy a systematic research about the sales strategy of the transformational business and service, and provide an effective solution based on that.In the document, the writer use SWOT analysis, STP theory, differentiation sales and broadcasting, 4R and IMC distribution theory, through comparing the characteristics of transformational business and traditional business,with the analysis of marco-environment and microenvironment and SWOT analysis of transformational business , provide the marketing differentiation method of transformation business, and its targeted market and its position. Make promotion based on the trust, authority and coverage of the government.The successful implementation of Zhuhai Subsidiary telecom shows the rationality and feasibility of sale marketing strategy for transformational business.
