Therefore, we improve the social security system , solve the existing social security funding issues and ease the social conflicts caused by income gap through the introduction of social security taxes . This is conductive to fair competition with enterprises and the relevant personal interests , increase people's confidence in social security and promote economic development.This paper use literature research , data analysis of inductive methods , summarizing the existing theoretical results and opinions by reading relevant books , journals and web sites , putting forward suggestions on this basis .This paper propose the possibility and feasibility of the social security tax through the analysis of actual conditions , sum up the problems on the introduction of social security taxes , introduce and comprise the foreign countries' social security mode and introduction effects , and propose some suggestion on the social security tax system design and related measures .
