In 21 century, enterprises management is human oriented, and human resource has become the key element, which may decide the whole enterprises' fate. In this human-oriented management era, salary management is not only just the process of salary distribution or salary increase, but a wholly salary management concept, which will be an efficient tool to both meet the requirement of employees so that they work in the company happily and keep the organization competitive.Based on salary and salary management theory, and with the adoption of advanced and scientific management experience from successful overseas companies, this article tries to solve the problems of salary management with practical research of STA company, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.First, the article started from the analysis of salary management in human resource aspect, taking STA company as a practical case and then research thoughts and methods are brought up and salary design theory basis and modern salary management trend are discussed, which establish a theory basis for further study of STA company salary plan; Second, through the analysis of current situation of STA company salary system, especially on the aspect of the weakness, some significant existing problems are given a conclusion; Following that, in consideration of current situation of the company, three key problems are given a deeper analysis and applicable strategies are put forward, so that problems on salary management will be solved step by step, and employees' working enthusiasm will be aroused, which will accelerate the efficiency of the enterprises, consequently target will be realized and competitiveness will be increased; Last, the article points out to guarantee the implementation of this salary theory, on one aspect reasonable and scientific system should be established, on the other aspect, frequent staff training is also necessary.
