Multinational corporations begin to exploit China market or enhance investment due to China market growth and globalization. Moreover, case of merge emerge in endlessly. Different from past market environment, following by information age's coming and entire influence, multinational corporation information system integration matter increasingly becomes non-ignorable and non-evasive when developing oversea market and improving whole competition. S company is facing such environment and one typical example.Using case study method, based on a broadly review of problems and questions during S company implementing information system integration, this article study what's the big impact of strategy choice, organization adjustment and culture conformity on information system integration. At the same time, use existing successful theory and experience for reference, analyses and verifies the feasibility in S company interior range.By paradigmatic means, bring forward 3 cardinal principle of information system integration: the first one is selecting proper strategy according to actual condition, that means strategy model must meet the requirement of company strategy and target, choose existing or develop model combination even new one; The second is adjusting organization the sooner, the better, focus on time pressure, push organization innovation base on target orientation, so as to conquer the time gap between strategy and organization; The third is inosculating culture actively, respect and accept social culture and character diversity, create excellent enterprise culture, to facilitate information system integration. Facing to the future, pay attention to Intelligence reservation, system change and maintenance model.
