| Because of huge investment, long the construction cycle and high difficulty technology, extra large type highway construction project has the very tremendous influence to the region economy and the national macro economy. So it is very essential to the regional economic impact and the macro economic impact of the project at different periods. On the base of outlining the present situation of the transportation, the project evaluation and the highway construction project economic evaluation, and that the limitation of the present project economic evaluation methods has been pointed out in this article. Through the movement and function mechanism of the regional economy and the macro economy be elaborated, the basic principle to analyze the impact of the highway construction project to the regional economy and the macro economy has been discussed, and five kinds of economic quantity anatomic model commonly used in the construction economic impact analysis proposed construction project economic impact analysis have been proposed.The regional economic impact and the macro economic impact of the extra large type highway project has been discussed and studied on the base of the above work, and the effect of the regional economic impact and the macro economic impact of the extra large type highway project has been qualitatively analyzed. In order to solve the difficulty of the quantitative analysis and appraisal of the regional economic impact and the macro economic impact of the extra large type highway project, the evaluating indicator system used to analyze the impact of the highway construction project to the regional economy and the macro economy has been established, and several kinds of quantity analysis and appraisal models suitable for the extra large type highway project have been proposed, such as the macro economic measurement model, the dynamic puts into production model, the systems dynamics model.Finally, taking Yangtze River road bridge from Zhenjiang to Yangzhou as the example, the analysis and assessment method has been confirmed. Based on the basic analysis principle of the regional economic impact and the macro economic impact of the highway project, the regional economic impact and the macro economic impact of this project has been qualitatively analyzed, national economies, the change of national economies, the industrial structure and the employment from Zhenjiang, Yangzhou and Jiangsu Province around the construction of the bridge has been qualitatively analyzed,, and the quantitative analysis appraisal of the national strength compatibility of the project has been carried on . |
