Study On Socio-impact Assessment Of Highway Economic Network

In view of our country highway rapid development, the partial highway economical belt further will become reality to develop into the economical network. A thorough investigation has been carried out on the social impact assessment of highway economic network in this paper. It includes four parts: discussing the fundamental theory, setting up the indexes system, selecting model and carrying on the real analysis to the highway economical net which peripheral formed to Taiyuan when applied the above parts.Theoretically, this paper discussed the process, the characteristic and the limits of affected region which the highway economical network forms. On the design of indexes system, according to the content the goal and the characteristic of social impact assessment of the highway economical network. It established two levels and 21 single item system, which unified the qualitative and quota, causing the content objectively and roundly. In assessment method, firstly, a theoretical model was proposed; secondly, confirmed the item synthesis weigh assignment through the optimized AHP and statistical analysis; finally, the Fuzzy Synthetic Assessment model has been set up based on the social impact (divided into five categories) and the weigh.In the real research, applying Fuzzy Synthetic Assessment model has carried on the analysis to the social impact of "TTD" highway economical network, finally indicated: its influence is bigger, although the degree subordinated to bigger only has 0.55, still obviously the highway economical network has the good prospects, simultaneously has also indicated the social impact work in Shanxi to wait for the further enhancement.To simplify the total computational process, the assessment model was coded via MATLAB software to reach a systematic evaluation on the highway economic network.
