| China's car industry developmens rapidt in recent years, especially the small displacement of the economy the price of cars in its absolute superiority in the domestic market of low-end performance is also very prominent. However, compare with the international automotive giant enterprises, there is a certain gap between it.This paper takes the consumer value and customer satisfies as foundation theory, to analysis macroscopic environment of our country economy passenger vehicle on the current financial crisis situation, and makes the forecast in recent years of our country economy passenger vehicle's market. This paper also analysis the problem which exists in the process of management briefly. In view of the low situation of assigner vehicle customer degree of satisfaction in our country automotive industry, this paper constructs the customer degree of satisfaction evaluating indicator system, also analysises and discusses the method of appraisaling customer degree of satisfaction.On the basis of massive material and the views of several expert groups, in line with selects the evaluating indicator the feasible principle, this paper establishes the economy passenger vehicle customer degree of satisfaction appraisal system. By means of comparing the method of AHP and G1 in the process of giving numerical to the evaluating indicator, this paper choose one kind of quite suitable customer degree of satisfaction evaluating indicator method—G1 method in the subjective tax power method finally. In the premise of consults of the expert, through the analysis of various indicators to determine the weight coefficient.Finally this paper give the corresponding suggestion to our country economy passenger vehicle's enterprise the strategy to development direction especially under new economic situation, I hope that could have certain instruction to the domestic economy passenger vehicle enterprise management. |
