Study On Urban Pubulic Transportation Service Evaluation And Improvement System Based On The Passenger Satisfaction Degree Model

Urban public transport is an important component of urban infrastructure,is social welfare undertakings about the people's livelihood, Urban public transport has unparalleled advantages in road and land resources conservation, pollution reduction, energy saving. Its development is directly related to the overall function of the city and the people's quality of living.Good public transport can inhibit the rapid development of individual transportation, efficiently utilize road resources, protect urban natural environment and promote sustainable social and economic development of the city. In recent years, China has strongly advocated and supported the development of urban public transport priority, which gives the city's public transport development unprecedented opportunities for development.Major cities in China attach great importance to the development of urban public transport priority, work vigorously to implement bus priority development strategy, increase investment in urban public transport and construction, strengthen urban public transport brand building, increase public transport service level. Good urban public transport service is important for meeting resident transit travel needs, enhancing the attractiveness of urban public transport, achieving sustainable development of urban public transport. Timely evaluation of services of urban public transport are conducive to timely detection of its weak links, and beneficial for continuous improvement of urban public transport service levels, for better attraction of passengers, and long-term development of public transport.In recent years, many cities in China further promote the implementation of bus priority strategies to improve urban public transport operating environment, improve public transportation service quality, urban public transport service level is improved ceaselessly. This paper, taking Jinan City as an example,based on in Jinan residents travel and bus passenger satisfaction survey, analyzes the status quo and problems of Jinan City bus service;builds a disaggregate model of bus passenger satisfaction using disaggregate model theory;builds urban public transport service level evaluation index system, evaluates bus service level of Jinan using fuzzy evaluation method;analyzes bus travel satisfaction and the flexibility of the relevant factors for bus demand using economic elasticity theory; designs evaluating and improving system of urban public transport services,carries out the two-way authentication of bus passenger satisfaction with key indicators of bus services;draws conclusions of evaluation,puts forward measures for improving service level.
