An Study On The Effciency Of The Listed Companies Of Real Estate In Chian Based On Eactorization Method

The Real estate industry is the pillar industry of our national economy, which plays an important role in the national economy. With the continued and rapid growth of the national economy, the real estate industry is in an unprecedented prosperity, and increasingly attract wide attention of the society, become a hot research area. The real estate listed companies as the leading enterprises in real estate industry, is the representative of the industry's overall strength, it reflect the whole picture, through analysis of the performance in real estate listed companies, we can discover the problem existed in the business management, this will help us understand the development of the real estate industry and its prospects, and improve the overall competitiveness.This study selected 44 real estate listed companies which are listing on the Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock Exchange Market as the research sample, on the basis of the introduction of the theory on performance evaluation, we recalled the development condition of China's real estate industry and real estate listed companies, construct the real estate listed companies performance evaluation index system, collect related financial data, use the factorization method to evaluate the performance of our real estate listed companies, and put forward some suggestions to improve the performance of the real estate companies.
