The Study Of The New Rural Construction Development Type

China is a large agricultural country with a long history. Uder the basic situation of predominant farming population and huge rural area, it is very important to take a careful research on the construction of Chinese countryside.The construction of the new socialist countryside is a significant and strategic mission determined by the CPC with Comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary, based on the profound analysis of current situation home and abroad and well grasp of the phase characteristics for our country's economic and social development. New countryside construction takes"product development, well-off life, civilized countryside phenomenon, clean village, democratic management"as its main demand, and its purpose is gradually to solve the issues of agriculture, countryside and peasants ,t o narrow the urban-countryside development gap, to break dual structure , let farmers fairly enjoy the results of economic and social development the same as residents,which is to establish well-off society and harmonious society.In the paper, the author makes comprehensive study of the socialist construction of new countryside at home and abroad, with the help of current theory on research achievements and summarizes 10 typical atterns of new rural construction,which can be dramn on. The paper studys the situation exsiting in present and the advantage of YingPan village and HaoZhiBa village,and then, constructs their development type and construction programming. Make YingPan village the new rural area of eco-agriculture tourism. Make HaoZhiBa village the new rural area of industrial business. This paper contains four major parts. The first part introduces the background of this paper, the significance of the research and gives the main content and overall framework of this paper.The second part explains some related theories of the construction of new rural,such as the content of the new rural, features of the rural construction,the focus of the rural construction and the principle of it. The third part summarizes 10 typical atterns,based on the analysis of the construction of new rural at home and abroad and explains it with relevant examples. The fourth part,taking the village construction of YingPan and HaoZhiBa as Research examples, mainly dissertates the situation exsiting in present and the advantage of them,and then, constructs their development type and construction programming according to their features.
