Study On Construction Countermeasures Of Livable Village In Qianshan District Of Anshan City

With China's economic development entering the new normal,the construction of urban and rural areas has also started a new situation construction as the center of the city is accelerating to coordinate urban and rural construction transformation,realize the goal of build a well-off society in an all-round way,improve rural living environment more urgent tasks,the livable countryside is becoming more and more popular and desirable.It is not only an urgent task during the 13 th five-year plan period,but also a strategic task for the country to build a livable countryside and promote the construction of a beautiful China.Since the construction of livable villages in Qianshan district began in 2014,certain results have been achieved,but there are still many problems.Under the guidance of macroscopic policy and sustainable development theory,this paper will put forward the ways,methods and countermeasures of specific local work practice.Taking Qianshan district of Anshan livable rural construction as the research object,through questionnaire investigation,case analysis and interview research method,the investigation about the present situation of qianshan district livable rural construction,analysis and summary.Found qianshan district of Anshan livable backward overall planning,exist in the process of rural construction fund shortage,the farmer main body status did not give full play to the problem such as low,grass-roots staff quality,based on the comprehensive analysis of the cause of the problem,it is concluded that the ecological construction understanding insufficiency,policy interpretation and execution does not reach the designated position,rural financing channels not give full play to democracy,the government management is insufficient,the active participation of farmers is not strong,insufficient construction personnel at the grass-roots level,professional talent scarcity.In view of the existing problems,this paper draws lessons from the successful experience of the construction of livable villages at home and abroad.Meanwhile,through interviews with relevant staff,this paper summarizes the countermeasures for the construction of livable villages in qianshan district.First,make good planning and improve the living environment in rural areas.Second,we will ensure funding and consolidate infrastructure development.Third,we should combine government leadership with the majority of farmers.Fourth,we will increase the introduction and reserve of talents.
