Research On Shengli Oil Field Downhole Service Project Management

Downhole service contains putting wells into production,productive maintenance,downhole fault handling,enhanced oil recovery performances,and it's very important forthe wells. Downhole service project management,it contains all the managements during theproducing process,such as well locating,program design,progress optimization,sequence controlling and so on. Downhole service project management plays an veryimportant role in oil field management,and it's part of production cost.Shengli oil field after 40 years of long-term high-speed,efficient mining operationdifficult,the increase in the cost-effectiveness of variation,the operating managementprocesses need improvement and optimization；the same time,as the depth of thedevelopment of oil fields,increasing the number of producing wells,the ground floor of thesituation more complex to adapt to different regions of the underground operations remain tobe improved technologies and breakthroughs.The project management has serious affection to the long development of the oil field.This paper is established in the activity of the field development,makes research on oilfield optimization of project management. It can keep the oil field development steadily. Itsaim is to improve working quality and to reduce the working cost. It concentrates moreattention on design optimization,process optimization,control optimization. At last,itwill set up a new service management mechanism which is suitable for the demand of the oilfield development.
