Research On The Solution Of The Working Capital Management Of A Certain Enterprise In Space

Working capital management plays an important role in the daily business activities of enterprises. Enterprises in a certain period of time the level of profitability of funds, directly depends on the level of operating capital management. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the working capital management of enterprises.On the basis of the concept of working capital, this paper analyzes the formation of the source of working capital and the need of working capital and its significance to the enterprise. To further analyze the problems and causes of the management of the working capital of a certain enterprise, and put forward some suggestions for these problems.This paper for an aerospace company in 2008- 2014 financial statement item by item analysis the enterprise sources of working capital and working capital, put forward problems existing in working capital management of the enterprise, and puts forward the solution to the problem.By the factor of the space enterprise reporting analysis, obtained the enterprise working capital management problems are mainly: 1, the concept of working capital management in the enterprises is relatively weak, the leadership in decision-making of working capital to consider less; 2, the enterprise working capital turnover efficiency is low; 3, the enterprise credit funds in the proportion is relatively large; 4, the enterprise working capital structure is reasonable; 5, the enterprise according to the working capital management system is not perfect.This paper analyzes the reasons of the problems existing in the working capital management of aerospace enterprise. According to the financial statements of the company in 2008-2014, respectively, the source of working capital and the main factors required to carry out an analysis of working capital.
