The Research Of Intellectual Property Securitization

China was gradually moving towards to the age of the intellectual economy since its opening up. In the world today the intellectual property had became core competence in enterprise and power booster for the development of economy. Intellectual property securitization were concerned by more and more people, not only because it turned the poor liquidity capital into cash inflow so can resolve the corporate finance problem, but also because it provided an important investment vehicle for all the investors.The paper summarized the status of development of intellectual property securitization in China timely. It has great theoretical and realistic significance for our own transactional model of intellectual property securitization and guarding against and defusing financial risks and resolving the existing problems in the processing of intellectual property securitization. This paper has probed into transactional model of intellectual property securitization.Basic on the theoretical principle of intellectual property securitization, financing mode was reviewed first and the feasibility of intellectual property securitization was studied by qualitative analysis, results showed that intellectual property securitization is feasible to the development of China. The core component of this article was that the transactional model and structure was studied from the standpoint of our own national conditions, and the important part of such as the construction of asset pool, SPV, and the choice of credit enhancement were discussed in detail. The representative transactional model of intellectual property securitization from China and foreign countries were analyzed. At last this paper tries to provide the corresponding strategies and suggestions to these problems based on the exiting problem above all.
