In the case of enterprises, the optimization of distribution network system is the most important part of their distribution system optimization. This is effective to promote the whole operating efficiency of the business logistics system, and it also directly decides whether that system is good or not. In addition, it will reflect,to some extent, the market competitive competence and integrated management level of the enterprises. On all accounts, under the intense competitive circumstance featuring the buyer's market, an advanced, efficient distribution network plays a crucial role in obtaining competitive advantage. This paper analyzes the distribution network and the related cost of health product distribution network system, the network topological structure and the characteristic of planning content based on the coordination and integration of the supply chain, an optimization model for distribution network design in which single manufacturer, multi-products, multi-distributors, multi-customers and demand allocation is considered, is put forward. Product demands of different customers are allocated to distribution centers by their respective relative cost to reduce the total cost of distribution system. For that model, the genetic algorithm was adopted, a particular concise gene representation was presented, which improved the speed of solution. A simulation was given to confirm the correctness of the optimization model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
