In recent years,the development of China economy and the improvement of living standards,fresh food will become the mainstream of China.As pasteurized milk to maintain the natural flavor and nutrition,also through the whole process of cold chain,so it can ensure maximum security,so gradually loved by the public.But because of the particularity of fresh milk,fresh milk needs throughout the cold chain,with the consumer market has been growing,cold chain logistics and distribution of the original system can not meet the distribution requirements,so a new round of cold chain logistics and distribution system to start construction.This thesis comes from a dairy company in Guangzhou,whose cold chain logistics network optimization problem is the object of this study.On the basis of analyzing the research background of the problem and combing the domestic and international research status and related theories,this thesis establishes the research content and work ideas.On the base of analyzing the theory of cold chain logistics and vehicle routing planning,combined with the actual situation of cold chain distribution,by improving the traditional VRP model with time windows,this thesis constructs the optimization model of cold chain logistics distribution vehicle dynamic network with time windows,in order to solve the problem of cold chain logistics distribution path planning dairy company.For large-scale and complex problems,in order to obtain more accurate solution,this thesis uses hybrid genetic algorithm to solve.Finally,according to a dairy company data were analyzed using the method presented in this thesis,set reasonable parameters,this thesis can draw the optimization results,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions according to the optimization of distribution network optimization results.Overall,this study can effectively improve the situation of blind distribution,reduce the use of refrigerated trucks,shorten the total distance distribution,improve sales satisfaction,and to a certain extent,guarantee the safety of the cold chain,prevent broken chain,optimize the company's distribution network from each level,to minimize the cost of cold chain logistics effective,help the company improve the competitiveness of the dairy market in Guangzhou area.At the same time,the cold chain logistics vehicle scheduling model with time windows has enriched the model and method of cold chain logistics research.The hybrid genetic algorithm proposed in this thesis also provides some reference for solving the large-scale VRP problem.
