With the severer competition in automobile industry, the complete vehicle manufacture enterprises are facing more and more stress. The logistic of vehicle is playing a crucial role in the supply chain of complete vehicle manufacture enterprises no matter in its function or on the control of cost and quality. How to further lower the cost and increase the quality? How to further improve the efficiency of supply chain operation? These are all the problems facing the vehicle manufacturing and vehicle logistic enterprises currently in China. Many enterprises raised the methods of increasing customer satisfactory under such circumstance, but how to estimate and judge the satisfactory is the key issue. Presently, majority vehicle logistic enterprises are using qualitative customer satisfactory or customer satisfactory rate to analyze the degree. Qualitative customer satisfactory cannot judge the degree objectively while customer satisfactory rate only simply divides total customer numbers by satisfied customers and is not that meaningful generally. So, the thesis uses customer satisfactory index to test and evaluate the customer satisfactory degree in vehicle logistic enterprises. The thesis makes analysis and improvement on the structural variable in traditional customer satisfactory theory together with the characters of domestic vehicle-logistic enterprises and to find out a suitable customer satisfactory testing mode for domestic vehicle-logistic enterprises and via this mode to discover the key elements in customer satisfactory improvement and to finally improve the customer satisfactory level and core competitiveness in domestic vehicle-logistic enterprises. Starting from the current situation of domestic vehicle-logistic enterprises, the thesis made systematical research and analysis on customer satisfactory in domestic vehicle-logistic enterprises through mathematical and physical index mode based on concrete customer satisfactory statistics. Propose a domestic vehicle-logistic enterprise customer satisfactory testing index system through the testing mode, explain and conclude the key improvement aspects currently in the customer satisfactory of domestic vehicle-logistic enterprises.First of all, the thesis gives a general introduction of the domestic and foreign theory research on customer satisfactory index and then comes the briefing of technology routes and statistical tools used in the thesis followed by the proposed testing mode of customer satisfactory in domestic vehicle logistic enterprises and makes real example analysis. Finally, the thesis proposed some improvements in domestic vehicle-logistic enterprise customer satisfactory testing mode and its own expectation in upgrading customer satisfactory through the application of some advanced technologies and expertise.
