The researches on the competitive relationship between products which reflects the competition for gaining consumers have been done for a long time. But through the analyzing of trade flow data, we found out that another promotive relationship may also exist among products. Understanding this relationship would help us do the sales job more effectively.Firstly we need to find out this promotive relationship among products. Secondly, a method to display this relationship should be proposed while the relationship is discovered. We could analysis the relationship more directly after the two steps previously. The research results would help making decision for selling of new products or further sales job. So an effective and complete analysis method is the key point in the product network research work.A novel method is proposed to find the promotive relationship of products from a network point of view. Firstly, a product network is built based on a dataset of 440, 000 records of handsets' sale in a period from Jan. 2006 to Jul. 2008, and it's collected from all outlets of a telecom operator of one province of China. A method is proposed to show a way to find out the important attributes of the handsets which makes them divided into one same group, and it explains how to add a new handset to an existing group and where would the new handset be sold better and the precision for Prediction is 93.3% in the experiments.
