The world economy entered E-Commerce era., with the fast development of Internet and the gradual maturity of the market. Product oriented and sale aimed market strategy has been replaced by customer oriented and service aimed market strategy. Only the enterprises, which can grasp customer requirement, strengthen the relationship with customers, well predict and manage customer resource(CRM), can win the advantage and prevail in the drastic market competition. The value chain joined with enterprises, suppliers, distributors and customers became the core of competition between enterprises. At the same time, the development of information technology and the evolvement of CRM made the development of CRM change quickly and appear some new forms, and the forms offered many new ideals to enterprises, in spite of that hasn't changed CRM tenet in essence.B2C and C2C etc,the models of E-commerce, developing very rapidly, which as the new shopping channels, can offer abundant goods information, and breaks through the space,time,demarcation line and communicate with consmers in whole world real-timely, realize individualized marketing, and can deliver the digitized goods in real time.Now the count of China cyber citizen was 0.21 billion,but only 22.1 percent cyber citizen shopping on line . Uncertain risks ,the intention degree and trust problem also affect customers's shopping behavior. How to empolder the shopping online market is much worthy to pay attention .Many articles have analyzed the process and factors of shopping online and got some achievements. This article consider we should firstly collect the true, exact ,timely and effective requment imformation of consumers to direct the production and then to improve the structure and the marketing artifice of shopping online to achieve mutual benefit and win-win good market for consumers and producers. This research begins with the developmen status of our country's E-commerce ,and then anylizes the feasibility of seting up the consumer's account step by step,and trys to get the system foundation of the model of Shopping Easy .Last ,it analizes the feasibility of Shopping Easy on the foundation of the internet ,the conditions of the market ,the competitors ,the core competitive strength ,the business model and the profit model. This article mainly contents four parts.Partâ… . The first part is the introduction. It sets forth the background and the meanings of the research and gives the study model and structure.Partâ…¡. The second part is the background of the Shopping Easy. It brings forth the models of the Shopping Easy on the condition that predict the tendency of the e-commerce and internet shopping and analyze the existing problems of the present internet shopping.Partâ…¢. The third part is the theory foundition of the Shopping Easy .It analizes the interrelated theories and literatures to obtain the process and feature of the internet shopping .However ,it proves the feasibility of the Shopping easy on the theory through studying Word of Mouth Marketing and Experience Marketing ,which is necessary for the project setting up.Partâ…£. The fourth part is the analysis of the feasibility of the Shopping Easy .It analyzes the feasibility of the Shopping Easy on the practise .For to support this ,it researchs the internet foundation ,the competitors ,the core competitive strength ,the business model and the profit model etc. It also contrasts the advantages and shortcomings of the present internet shopping to the Shopping Easy and then to introduce the core competitive strength and the profit model, which demonstrate the practicality of the Shopping Easy.
