Study On Partner Selection Of Virtual Logistics Enterprise Alliance

With the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, individual enterprises can not rely entirely on its own strength to adapt to the competitive circumstances completely. In order to carry out business activities, Traditional logistics enterprises often expected that they have advantages in every involved links of logistics, due to the pursuit of revenue, the logistics business has an oversized large scale, which is a waste of resources. In the rapidly changing economic environment, in order to meet the increasingly complex needs of individual customers and to diversify the tone of increasingly fierce market competition, the logistics enterprises needs of set up alliance with other market players with complementary core competencies, scientific division of labor and close cooperation to create common advantages, then grasp the market opportunity. In the cooperation, inter-enterprise's collaborative and complementary played a very crucial role, counting to the virtual logistics alliance whether could succeed. Under this background, this article has conducted the research to the virtual enterprise partner choice question.First of all, it reviewed recent achievement on partner selection at home and abroad, and analyzed the concept of virtual enterprise, the characteristics, the organization patterns as well as the similarities and differences among them, on the basis of system research of virtual enterprise and logistics enterprise alliance, profits from the virtual enterprise superiority, this article introduces the virtual logistics enterprises' alliance, then carries on the feasibility analysis, and discusses the alliance main feature and the approaches to cooperation, points out that the choice of partners for the virtual enterprise alliance is actually a multi-objective decision problem for the core enterprise under some indexes.In the next place, based on the relationship in the alliance, at the point of the core enterprise of the alliance, it fuse the partner selection into the logistics tasks type analysis of parallel or strings, for the core enterprise may has some subjective preference or get uncertain information, then put forward a model of multi-objective decision based on the interval estimated value of the virtual enterprise partners selection, which effectively solves the problems of qualitative and quantitative, local and global optimization . With the model, in view of each kind of question, some optimized strategy solution methods and separately corresponding process are given, which effectively reduce the multi-objective decision solution space.Again, another method was proposed to reflect the differences among the initial information and the intimate relationship to the information the choice was made, which is figured an objective decision based on the interval comparison possibility degree matrix. When the candidate cooperative enterprise's overall index value was obtained based on the uncertain ordered weighted geometric averaging operator (UWGA) , aggregating and calculating layer by layer ,then got the order vector of the interval comparison possibility degree matrix ,which shows that the core enterprise' choices are impersonal and impartial.Finally, a simulation example was given to illustrate the two methods. By the parameter sensitivity analysis, the different decision-making emphases were reflected.
