Research On Tourism Development Of Industrial Park

Under the background of technology development and economic adjustment, the relationship among industries becomes closer. The trend of industry penetration and industry convergence becomes more and more evidently. Industrial park, which is relying on an emerging business scenario, facilities and beautiful environment surrounding, is just the outcome of the convergence between secondary industry and tertiary industry. However, incompatible with this new type of tourism product, the theoretical research of industrial park lags behind its practice. As a result, the research on tourism development of industrial park is significant.Given the lack of theoretical research of industrial park, this thesis has a pioneering study on the industrial park. It defines the concept, systematization and characteristics of industrial park. It also conducts a systematic study on the tourism development of industrial park, including basic theories, development conditions, development steps, development modes, as well as planning and design.On the basis of analyzing foreign and domestic research on industrial tourism, development of park and industrial landscape design, this thesis extracts the concept of industrial park, and elaborates its systematization, characteristics and functions. In this thesis, industrial park is defined as follows: A special tourism product and a multi-functional tourism zone, which satisfies tourists' various demand and mainly bases on industrial resource, combined with the surrounding environment and other tourism resources.There are a large number of tourism development cases of industrial park from home and abroad. Based on the main industrial resources and the differences of products and functions, the thesis summarizes the typical development modes of industrial park as follows: landscape-oriented development mode, production scenes-oriented development mode, culture-oriented development mode and the integrated-type development mode. Specific to the planning and design level, the thesis analyzes the differences in tourism planning between industrial park and general tourist district. In connection with the second type of industrial park - Industrial Park, the thesis discusses in detail the philosophy and contents of planning, as well as the unique design skills for the special industrial space.
