Comparison Studies On The Organization Forms Of The Chinese Agriculture Industrialization

It's with the change of social and economic condition that China agricultural economic organization forms have been varied. In order to develop agriculture and promote the modernization of traditional agriculture, agriculture industrialization is inevitable. On the one hand, in view of the changing social and economic environment, agricultural economic organization forms have been optimized and improved under the conduct of the reform and system innovations of government. On the other hand, the development of market economy needs urgently to reform agricultural economic organization forms. The market and the forms of agricultural economic organizations are developing and changing. On the current stage, with the deepening of the market economy, especially after the accession to the WTO, agricultural economic organization forms need to change in order to meet the demands of the market economy and to meet the need of market competition.According to the new system economics theory, the substance of agriculture industrialization consists in the innovation of agricultural economic organization forms and their mutual relationship. Agriculture industrialization is a kind of system suitable to the stage of agriculture development in China. In the process of agriculture industrialization in China, all kinks of industrialization organizations came forward. These economic organizations have different effect in improving agriculture and increasing farmers' income. The forms of agricultural economic organizations include several major forms and more forms evolved. In what conditions different organizational forms can increase agricultural benefit and enhance fanner income is one of the most important issues in agricultural development at the present stage. Although there are a lot of documents studying the organizations of agriculture industrialization, few documents make a systematic and in-depth analysis, comparison and evaluation on the classification, characteristics, roles, application of conditions, and the relevance with increasing farmers' income of these organization forms. It is difficult to provide adequate theoretical support in guiding and promoting the development of agriculture industrialization organizations. Therefore, it's significant for this thesis to analyze the connotation and characteristic of organization form of agriculture industrialization, and sum up the representative forms of organizations, and take them into comparison and analysis.In this thesis, at first, we review the studies about issues of agriculture industrialization organizations in China. Then from developing agriculture industrialization and increasing farmers' income perspective, we separate agriculture industrialization organization forms into 4 categories as specialty market + peasant household, corporation + peasant household, intermediary organization + peasant household and cooperative + peasant household. On the basis of transaction cost theory, we analyze these 4 kinds of forms by cases to try to find the different function among them in decreasing peasant household's transaction cost. At last, we conclude that the most effective organization form is cooperative + peasant household in increasing farmers' income.
