Case Research About Enterprise Informationization Of The Diversified Group Enterprise

On information time, the time and the space of information transmission is greatly compressed by the information implementation. Enterprise benefits from the use of Information System. Competitive market environment not only requires enterprise to maintain competitive advantages but also to create continuously competitive advantages. Information as enterprise management booster is more and more favored by many businesses. The information process is a change, which will bring a great difficult for enterprise to cope with, further more, because of the lack of professional genius and experience and some unique requirements of different enterprise, the information management is becoming more and more difficult. This article was based on information management of a diversified group enterprise, during the process of information management, which including both the joy of success and lessons of failure, the author were experiencing the information management in this enterprise for three years and finding the rules of information management in order to put them into practice and lead other companies to the optimal resolution of information management.This article was on the basis of relevant theories and practices to analyze problems and find the corresponding resolution. The article concluded a resolution model of information management for diversified group enterprise from the relevant theories and practices. The model contains enterprise information planning, human resource safeguard and implementation safeguard for information management. The first one is the navigation system and the last two are the convoy system for information management. From chapter one to five, respectively, research on the three parts. From analyzing the enterprise information planning problems and the constrains of information planning, the article response measures to the information planning and form the enterprise planning model for the diversified group enterprise with combination considering the enterprise information management characteristics. Based on the enterprise information management characteristics and organization theories testify the necessity of the IT department construction. On the idea of philosophical thought of contradiction, through the construction of key position of IT department to form the organization safeguard for the information management. On the base of "Core Position Identification Model" identify the key position, and then base on the Situation Leadership Theory build the IT Department Manager Leadership Model for different information management stage. On the base of Nolan Model build the Enterprise Information Demands Changing Stage Model and bring forward the management method to different stage. According to the suppliers classification matrix indicate the importance of software supplier. Through comparison the cooperation relationship and traditional relationship between supplier and customer, deeply manifest the necessary of the good relationship with software supplier, and at the same time set up the approach and measures for the partnership building.
