As a developing country, it had badly damaged development of public health industry, even image of our country.Actually, food safety is an old issue, not only in China. Most countries have to face this it. China's Food Safety Law should be the milestone of new stage on food safety supervision, which shows determination and confidence of our country, also a new start. Information release on food security is a major element in food safety supervision. The 17^th, 21^st and 82^nd clause of China's Food Safety Law states explicitly the requirements in this aspect.
