Research On The Group Company's Financial Strategy In Developing Period

Applying financial strategy management is an effective investment for modern enterprises developing capital management, realizing resource allocating optimization and realizing value maximization. However, for a long time, in the large and middle size state-owned enterprises, the development of the production technologies were paid more attention to, rather than management strategy, especially financial strategy management. The financial strategy is a newly developed research area. Therefore, it's quite important to enhance the theoretical researches and practical works of the financial strategy management. This thesis researches and analyzes a certain group company's financial strategy in some given background using the basic theories of the financial strategy.After consulting domestic and foreign financial strategy management theories, considering the present situation of the Inspur Group, Co., Ltd, ensuring that the group company is in its developing period, this thesis systematically researches the investment, finance and dividend allocation strategies, and provides constructive opinions on the goal determination, application scenario and method.Enterprise financial strategy management is a systematical work including the general strategy, the analysis on the exterior and interior environment, the goal of financial strategy, and the orientation. This thesis analyses the application of the financial strategy management theory in certain industry and certain enterprise. Picking Inspur Group, Co., Ltd as an example, this thesis combines financial strategy and enterprise strategy planning. Firstly, the theory and model of financial strategy are put forward. When analyzing enterprise strategy environment, SWOT method is used. When investigating solutions, this thesis discusses comprehensively the financial strategy management of Inspur Group, Co., Ltd by combining the present situation of the industry and company, and designs expanding financial strategy management pattern. The author gives his opinion on many aspects, such as the orientation and selection, the application, the feasibility, and the suggestion, of the financial strategy.At the end, rationalized suggestions are put forward.
