With the development of digital technology and integrated circuits, "function determines form" is difficult to apply continuously in the digital products. When we are facing a strange digital product, maybe we can get some clues from its external characteristics, but we do not know its internal contents or contents from the backside-platform. It is just like a black box, been known what it can do during its usage. And the design process will integrate new external contents reversely into a new black box.In the first place,the concept and characteristics of the Digital Products and Design Affairology were interpreted in the paper. Secondly, the author explained the process of new digital products and promulgated the digital product is carries on the redemptive in the succession development . In other words, the accumulation phenomenon of"the matters"exist in the digital products and the author made the focus on the fuses and separates of"the matters". The flowing is the very central parts of the paper. all above the author analyze on the level of"matters",at the same time he summarized Macro-matter system as well as Lifestyle, and Micro-matter such as recording and communication that emphasize on the Relations between person and Digital Products. Then the author summarized the specific research methods and expressions of"matters"from design process. In this stage external factors of Digital products had been discussed, research on design requirements were so important so as induction of specific design points. It was the very central parts of the paper.This paper strengthens the appliance of theory in practice. It exploits the traditional thinking mode -"on the matter of creation". It is conducive to the accumulation of design requirements and creation of design knowledge, which is helpful for the development of digital products. It will reflect that the concept of "objects" will be weaker and weaker, while the research on the issue itself will be more crucial in the development of digital field and its future expand.
