Upgrade Traditional Industrial Economy Based On Network Economy

Network is an efficient tool for information, which appears on all aspects of economic activities have profound impact. It reflects the economic operation and features of new law. The network economy is new economy forms compared with the age of the traditional material-based economy which is a network of information and its use of information technology-based .It is has the important information of characteristics of low-cost compared with the traditional economic model. It is generally consider cost information as the traditional industries of transaction costs. in fact, it is a very high cost, and demonstrated a great deal of Variability.The new economic and business models which based on Internet is fast developing at an unprecedented rate, which is not only changing the traditional way of social life, and also had a profound impact on traditional business model. Business idea and model of traditional industries are becoming more and more informational, flexible, and human, and pay more attention to cost, management, resource allocation, and the competitive edge in market.In this paper, we research what kind of influence will appear in economy and what kind of changes will happen in encomic activities ,when network encomy is integrated in the traditional industry and seek for the rules of these influence and changes. According to the dramatical development of network economy, we attempt to make preliminary discussion in the case of industial development and change, and also discuss the development and change of tourist industry in the condition of network encomic. Base on the characteristic of traditional industry we will make a deep consideration and summarize a conclusion that the network economy certainly will infiltrate into traditional industy and impels the industrial optimization, and then make prospect and exploration in competitive advantage of industry,marketing strategy,organizaion structure,and technology innovation ect, and give further explaination on the influence of industry when consider the development of tourist industy in the network encomic circurmstance.
