Modem risk decision-making field gradually found that the different information representations which are equivalent would produce a great influence on people's behavior decision-making. In real life, we often use probability format or frequency format to characterize the risk information. The experiment of Slovic, Monahan and Macgregor in 2000 has confirmed that the process of cognizing and judging information was affected by their representational formats, which was probably reacted by motivating emotional experience. This study explored the effect of information format to risk decision-making by adding integrated format in personal and economic risk situation based on the above experiment. There were two experiments in this study. In the first experiment, we explored the effect of different gender, situation and format to people's decision-making. In the second experiment, we continued to investigate the effect in the first experiment by introducing integrated format and another value. And both of the experiments were investigated by using questionnaire. The experiment result showed : (1) There was no significant gender difference in the personal or economic risk decision-making. People are inclined to take a risk in economic risk situation. (2) There are significant effects between personal or economic risk decision-making and representative format of information, and frequency format made people feel higher risk than probability format. (3) Integrated format could eliminate the difference between probability format and frequency format in risk decision-making to a certain extent, but it's not of university. (4) Information format of different value would influence people's judgment in personal or economic risk situation.
