The fist is the employees'residential space of welfare. In the society of unity system, the unity undertakes not only the function of production, but housing allocation and other welfare functions. The unit built dwelling houses in the courtyard or made use of every bit of space to set the residence area for the convenience of yield. The houses were allocated to the employees as the welfare and thus they live together without rights of choosing houses freely, forming the special living space structure. When great event relevant to the group took place, it prompts people having the benefit identification to create collective action. Secondly, space, time and money are the resources and space can save time and economic cost during the collective action. Thirdly, the space structure has the potential monitoring, rewards and punishments function to form the selective inspiration in the latent actors, in case of hitchhike. Fourthly, when a building in the public space has stress symbol, the space is endowed with symbolic meaning and has the unimaginable effects on the collective action.
