Based on domestic real estate prices and the RMB exchange rate mechanism of relevant theoretical and empirical studies, with the back again using correlation analysis and synthesis of metrology inspection methods, this thesis empirically tests the RMB exchange rate's one-way relationship effect to domestic real estate prices. On this basis, analyze the seasons and the methods of the RMB exchange rate change's effect to domestic real estate prices, and from the perspective of market supply and demand, standing on the government and the company's position, the thesis has given related suggestions to reform the real estate market and to play reasonable role for monetary mechanism's macro-control.The real estate industry has relationship with the basic livelihood and people's life, and it's one of the country's backbone industries, therefore, the healthy development of the real estate market has been the focus of attention of both at home and abroad. The thesis summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories and research of scholars domestic and overseas, and tells about the related theory of RMB exchange rate and the price of real estate. With the study of previous achievements, based on the data about the Shanghai composite index of the real estate and the exchange rate from July of 2005 to March of 2009, using related theory and metrology, this thesis empirically grounds the effect of RMB exchange rate to the real estate price, summarizes conclusions, and puts forward the prospect and suggestions of the research in this field..The empirical results show that RMB exchange rate policy does have great influence to the real estate market and the effect has long-term and negatively correlated characteristics. Based on this, due consideration and attention should be given when the real estate enterprises treat the proper price of the real estate and when the country treats exchange rate's adjustment function to the price.
