Research On Market Structure,Property Right Structure And Performance Of China's Car Industry

According to China's accession with the World Trade Organization commitments, Since 2002 China's car market has beng opening to the outside world gradually, China's car industry competition and business environment have been changed in deepth.thus,it is very necessary to plan to draft the further planning of the development of China's car industry.The traditional analysis of the SCP paradigm is to study the relationship among market structure, market behavior and market performance. In this paper, according to the reality of Chinese property rights reformance, we make a analysis about market structure and Property Right Structure of China's car industry, based on competition, property rights and the performance of the main line, and then use DEA approach to compute technical efficiency of China's car industry. Based on these qualitative and quantitative analysis, this article take a test about relationship among China's car industry's market structure, Property Right Structure and market performance.The empirical results show that the market strength hypothesis in China's car industry is untenable, and the effciency structure hypothesis is the truth of China's car industry. The relationship between China's car industry's market structure and market performance is not very clear.The relationship between China's car industry's efficiency and effectiveness is very positive significant, more efficiency is helpful to improve the performance of our car industry.The efficiency and Property Right Structure is a obvious postive correlation by regression analysis, the impact of Property Right Structure on the efficiency is greater than the market structure.As a result, at this stage the industrial policy should tend to improve the company's Property Right Structure and management structure,but not Reformance of market structure.
