Since the 1990s,strategic alliances have become one of the most important topics in the area of strategic management research. With the development of globalization, strategic alliance is becoming more and more important in the enterprises'strategic. In the face of drastic competition, a lot of multinational corporations began to adjust their competition relations, from opposing competition to cooperation competition. They choose to cooperate with their competitors, creating competitive strategic alliances.The research about resource is one of the most important problems in the field of research about strategic alliance. Based on the results which have been got by the former scholars, this paper emphasizes on the analysis of resource's structural interdependence, resource's procedural interdependence which influences the cooperative effect and alliances relational risk of competitive strategic alliances. Concluding the theoretic hypotheses and the model which describe the key common internal environmental factors by academic summarize and logical illustration.To testify the hypotheses and the model, taking the high-level technology enterprise in Chongqing, xi'an and chengdu areas as the matrixes, this paper also adopts an empirical study on about 100 corporations by questionnaire investigation. First, the data was compressed and the further analysis was done by the SPSS16.0 software, thus insured the reliability and validity of these indexes.Secondly, the questionnaire's data was analyzed with the Amous7.0 software. And realized Structure Equation Modeling analytics. Based on the analytics, it was discovered that enterprises'relational risk is influenced by the resource's structural interdependence, resource's procedural interdependence in alliance. And the resource's structural interdependence, resource's procedural interdependence also has active effect on the cooperative effect. And the relational risk has negative effect on the cooperative effect too, Finally, this article carried out the explanation on the result of this empirical research.The contribution of this study lies in that we study the relationship between the resource's structural interdependence, resource's procedural interdependence and the cooperative effect and alliances relational risk. Therefore, in order to gain better cooperative effect, the competitive strategic alliances must investigate the discrepancy of resource which be planned invest to alliance with own, and decrise the relational risk in alliance.
