The Research On The Financing Environment Of Foreign-Invested Enterprises In Chongqing

China developed continually due to the open policy and the use of foreign capital since the reform and open policy. Holding the foreign-invested enterprises is an important part of the reform and open policy, and also is an important matter of developing international relations, which plays an important role in promoting economic growth, offsetting capital, introducing advanced foreign technology and equipment, increasing export capacity, expanding employment channels and absorbing advanced technology management experience.Expanding the scope of foreign investment and allowing foreign-invested enterprises financing had become the china's policy.In this thesis, something related to domestic and foreign investment theory, financing theory and environment theory has been analyzed and summarized, using the combination of theory and practice to analyze and choosing Chongqing as a survey. In this thesis, analyzing the situation of foreign investment and financing environment to discuss the obstacles which promote to give some advice about improving financing environment for foreign-invested enterprises in Chongqing province.There are seven parts in this thesis:Part one is an introduction. In this part, the reason for this study and the significance of the study have been analyzed, the present related studies had been explored and discussed, the research method and the innovation in this study had been put forward.Part II is the theoretical analysis to financing environment and elements. In this part, something about financing environment and financing micro-macro environment elements had been defined.The third part of this thesis is to analyze the foreign-invested enterprises'financing channels which were divided to two parts of internal and external aspects, and give some advice for improving financing environment in the base of mastering the theory of foreign-invested enterprises'financing channels.The fourth part of this thesis is to discuss the economic function of foreign-invested enterprises in Chongqing which gave a base of feasibility analysis. This part of thesis discuss the important function of foreign-invested enterprises which prompt local economic growth, trade development, employment increase and industrial restructure in the base of analysis of the enterprises'actuality and characteristics.In the fifth part, analyze the state of the financing environment and major problems from two sides of subjective and objective aspects in Chongqing areas. Give a questionnaire survey for the part of foreign-invested enterprises in Chongqing, and also combine with the objectivity which helps to understand the actual financing strategy, influencing factors and the environment evaluations. From the above analysis, give the major problems of financing environment.Part VI is to give some advice of improving the financing environment in Chongqing. From the previous analysis, and also combine with the economic development, give some advice of improving the financing environment from the aspects of policy, social and financial environment.The final part is concluding remark, carrying out a brief summary on the full thesis, having analyzed the conclusion of this study; the limitations of this study and the further research direction have been pointed out.
