Study On Management Benchmarking In Zaozhuang Sales Filiale Of CNPC

Benchmarking is a virtuous cycle management approach for all enterprise to enhance competitiveness and thereby catch up witll or surpass benchmarking enterprise through comparing its products, services, production processes , management paRern, etc. It will leading enterprise within or outside the industry sectors, learning from the advanced experience of others and improving their own shortfalls. Management benchmarking is one of the most useful management tools to improve the enterprises' business performance in modern management and to enhance the enterprises' core competitiveness.
