In recent years, the number of Internet skippers and the number of buyers through Internet have got a boom growth. And the E-commerce (EC) have stepped into another stage of development. The fast growth of EC supply the enterprises a great chance but also a great challenge. The manager of EC want urgently to improve the profit of the enterprise and improve the satisfaction of customers by improve the usability of EC website.The EC website usability is about customers how to use website as they wish, which is a very important factor impacts the buying behavior of customers. This issue is about EC website usability. A review at this field was made at first from both the empirical and the experience at first and 96 elements of website usability was got from other researcher's issues in history by content analysis then. After discuss these elements by pilot test, an investigation was conducted with experienced EC consumers by an questionnaire with 33 questions. Through an exploratory factor analysis, five factors was found important to the EC website usability: accessibility, learnability, ease of read, no burden and control. A model of EC website usability was constructed and another questionnaires investigation was conducted for the use of confirmation. With the data a confirmatory factor analysis was did and the model was confirmed.
