At present, sub-loan crisis in the United States has not yet dispersed, and the ups and downs in Chinese capital market have been continuing since 2005. In the face of changing customer needs and more intense competition at home and abroad, Chinese commercial banks are aware of that the original credit-based business model and expansion-based growth model has been seriously lagging and reference model of development of foreign banks. They have put forward the concept of retail banking, but how to formulate appropriate strategies and the successful implementation of restructuring are still the key today. China Mingsheng Banking is among of internal banks, that have to face same problem too.This article is going to analyses related of commercial banks through not only compare with China Mingsheng Bank and existing Chinese commercial banks, but also reference HSBC P&L (profit and loss) financial statement, then discus existing China Mingsheng bank's problems; finally constitute suitable strategies.This paper could divided into 5 parts:Chapter 1 raises the significance of this article on the premise of the background analysis, and focuses on the impact of structural factors of bank earnings and the main object of study in this article and methods.Chapter 2 introduces the structure of our country's development gains, on the one hand through the net interest income, non-interest income and other indicators for analysis of 14 listed commercial banks in the current revenue structure of the current situation and problems; on the other hand, discuss the characteristics of existing sub-structural product revenue.Chapter 3 analyzes the Hong Kong Bank by dividing its more than 100 years history into five different stages of structural changes in their income, the focus of study is on the duration of the Asian financial crisis and the U.S. sub-loan crisis changes in the structure of income and at the last summed up a changes in the structure of its earnings to give us inspiration.Chapter 4 is the focus of this article. China Minsheng Banking first balance sheet, income statement assets, liabilities, business and intermediary business major data comparison of horizontal and vertical structure of its revenue is analyzed in this charpter; then the differences of the key indicators between Minsheng Bank and China's four major state-owned banks and China Merchants Bank, CITIC Bank, Industrial Bank of three national small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks were compared from the main financial indicators, the main monitoring indicators and per capita benefits three indicators perspectives; the trend of their business in recent years is researched.Chapter 5 is based on the analysis of development of domestic commercial banks (chapter 2) and the income from the structure of the development of the Hong Kong Bank (Chapter 3), which focuses on the structure of bank earnings for the livelihood of the people and the deficiencies of the current situation (Chapter 4) from the retail bank restructuring, the development of intermediary business revenue and improve risk management capacity of the three aspects of Minsheng Bank's strategic transformation of the current proposal.
