On December2006, China’s financial industry will be open up to thewhole world, and then our commercial banks will face more intensecompetition in the International financial markets. In the face of changingcustomer needs and more intense competition at home and abroad, Chinesecommercial banks area ware of the original credit-based business model andexpansion-based growth model has been seriously lagging and referencemodel of development of foreign banks. They have put forward the conceptof retail banking, but how to formulate appropriate strategies and thesuccessful implementation of restructuring are still the key today. OnSeptember14,2010, SHENZHEN Development Bank and Ping An Insurance(Group) Co both issued notice, Ping An Insurance (Group) Co formally holdsof SHENZHEN Development Bank. The merger transaction will ease the deep capital pressure and can enhance the fast development of the bank’sbusiness.This article is going to analyses related of commercial banks through notonly compare with SDB and existing Chinese commercial banks, but alsoreference Citibank financial statement, then discus existing problems of SDB,finally constitute the consolidated financial strategies.This paper could be divided into5Parts:Chapter1raises the significance of this article on the premise of thebackground analysis, and focuses on the impact of structural factors of bankearnings and the main object of study in this article and methods.Chapter2introduces the structure of our country’s development gains,on the one hand through the net interest income,non-interest income andother indicators for analysis of17Shareholding commercial banks in thecurrent revenue structure of the current situation and problems; On the otherhand, discuss the characteristics of existing sub-structural product revenue.Chapter3analyzes Citibank almost200years ’S outspread history. Weanalysis the income structure change of Citibank. This chapter focuses on theresearch of the income structure features under the mixed business mode, andat the last summed up a change in the structure of its earnings to give usinspiration. Chapter4is the focus of this article. SDB’s balance sheet, incomestatement assets, liabilities, business and intermediary business major datacomparison of horizontal and vertical structure of its revenue is analyzed inthis chapter; then the differences of the key indicators between SDB andChina’s four major state-owned banks and China Merchants Bank,ChinaCITIC Bank, industrial bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank,Minsheng Bank, China Everbright Bank of six national small andmedium-sized shareholding commercial bank were compared from the mainfinancial indicators, the main monitoring indicators. The trend of theirbusiness in recent years is researched.Chapter5is based on the analysis of development of domesticcommercial banks(chapter2)and the income from the structure of thedevelopment of Citibank(Chapter3), which focuses on the structure of bankearnings for the livelihood of the people and the deficiencies of the currentsituation(Chapter4)from the retail bank restructuring, the development ofintermediary business revenue, increase product innovation investment andimprove risk management capacity of the four aspects of SDB’s strategictransformation of the current proposal.
