This years, less and less income of traditional voice services are allocated in the mobile operators, while more and more income of mobile value-added services are allocated in the mobile operators, especially after the 3G communication have be passed, the mobile value-added services will develop rapidly in 3G time, a lot of SP have been developing very well, such as Tencent. And the amalgamation of the mobile net, fast net and tv net become true in current years, the entrance of strong tv net will make some pressure to telecom operators, at the same time, it also make a lot of opportunities. Currently, the telephone makers have entered the mobile internet, such as Apple and Nokia; they have many advantages to enter the mobile internet because of their telephone client. Mobile value-added company will change as the different companies' development.In this text, mobile value-added services are separated into three periods: the primary period of mobile value-added services, the developed period of mobile value-added services, and the end of mobile value-added services. And mobile value-added services are analyzed in different periods in this article by Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, the main source of profits in the different period of mobile value-added services are illustrate, the strength and weakness in the different period of mobile value-added services industry chain are explained. Basing on the three stages of mobile value-added services, the author take up the research on the value distribution mode of industry chain in mobile value-added services with Game theory and supply chain relevant theory. The result shows profit distribution proportions of mobile value-added services' industry chain in different stages, points out the development direction of mobile value-added services, and puts forward more suitable distribution mode for mobile value-added service industry development. At the last, the article demonstrates that the partitioning method of development in mobile value-added industry is validated, by Monternet sample analysis.
