Research On Causes And Impact Of Private Finance In Ordos

In China Private finance is means of financing for several hundred years, which still exists in the modern and developed financial community. Private finance in our country exists a lot outside of the formal financial system and has played a very important role in China's economic development and reform of the financial system.But it is at the hiding underground state for a long time which also made an adverse influence in the efficiency of financial resources,the State macro-control policy conduction, the maintenance of economic and financial security of the development of financial markets. Since the 21st century,with Ordos economy rapid development,Ordos has been a new active area of private finance following the Wenzhou in china. As a new feature of phenomenon of Ordos,private finance in Ordos is concerned by the Ordos government. Compared with the other regions to private finance phenomenon,private finance in Ordos has a lot of common with others. But in the reason of the specificity of regional economic development,it make much different in the form and reason of development. In this paper,through empirical methods,combined with research in the local coal resource-based regional economic development characteristics and development of related industries,we make a deep study in the operation of the current private finance in Ordos and find the reasons of formation and development of private finance in Ordos. On this basis, we make a comprehensive assessment of the role of private finance in Ordos and propose lots of measures to be taken.
