Study On The Protection Of Tourists' Rights And The Constitution Of Harmonious Tourism In Our Country

Tourism as a separate industry has a lot of specials-fast rate of development,high return of investment,powerful stimulation on the development of related industries,and plays an important role in national economic development. Since China is very rich in tourism resources,tourism has been developing rapidly after China's reforming and opening up. However, due to various factors together,tourism consumer protection issues have become increasingly exposed along with the development of tourism. Tourists, the lifeblood of tourism,whose legitimate right protection, are directly related to the healthy development of China's tourism industry. The theory of constituting a harmonious society provides a clear direction for the development of tourism and a new thought for the construction of protection mechanism on the tourists' rights in our country.Against the background of constructing harmonious tourism, along with the main line of protecting tourists' rights which keeps a foothold in,through the theory discussion and empirical analysis, this article analyzes the reasons about the encroachment on tourists' rights. Basing the international advanced experience,the author put forward some advice about the construction of protection mechanism on the tourists' rights and harmonious tourism. The article consists of six sections.Part 1, the author mainly introduces the bcakground,significance,international research situation and methods of the subject,makes preparations for the further discussion.Part 2, Based on the analysis about the basic theories of protecting mechanism construction and harmonious tourism,including the definition,characteristics of tourists and tourists' rights,the connotation,function of harmonious tourism,the author points out that the protection of tourists' rights is a special subject.Part 3,the author analyzes the relationship between the protection of tourists' rights and harmonious tourism,especially explains the function that the protection of tourists' rights which is a core problem is playing in the construction of harmonious tourism.Part 4, mainly explains the necessity about reinforcying the protection of tourists' rights. keeping a foothold in the protection situation and the position of tourists,the author analyzes the problems about the protection.Part 5,mainly puts forward some advices on reinforcing the construction of protection mechanism on the tourists' rights and harmonious tourism. Combined with the reality of our country and international advanced experiences,the author enters on the process of prevention,supervising and relieving, puts forward some advices on reinforcing the protection of tourists' rights, which will provide the most effective protection to the tourists.Part 6,based on the summary of the content,the author emphasizes the urgency of reinforcing the tourists' rights protection again,and bings forward the prospects in the future.
