Human resources management has become an important means of the parent company to control the subsidiaries. In the practice of human resources management, Group Company not only needed to realize the control function, but also bring into play the overall human resource synergy and promote the healthy development of Group Company. This study discusses how to identify human resource synergy relevancy and how to realize human resource synergy for Group Company through methods like literature research, seminar and questionnaire survey etc.Marketing resemblance, regional approach and enterprise network are the conditions for the existence of human resource synergy. Based on the resource theory and with the help of value chain method the human resource synergy relevancy can be divided into there kinds: tangible human resource synergy, intangible human resource synergy and auxiliary human resource synergy. Through cost-benefit analysis and the comparison of the key factors for the success of human resource can determine the synergy relevancy is agree with the core human resource competence of parent company or not and the priority of the synergy.Through interviews and questionnaire survey analysis, this study has elaborate analysis of the practice of different human resource synergy means such as the advantages and disadvantages. Tangible human resource synergy includes strategic human resource plan, unified recruiting, unified training, unified evaluation and incentive mechanism. Tangible human resource synergy exist in the foundation of human resources activities, so they can be found easily. Intangible human resource synergy based on the exchange and communication of inter-company human resources, the share and transfer of management experience, knowledge and ability. The aims are to achieve synergy effect and create competitive advantage.The process of realizing human resource synergy is affected by the company's strategic management and control, construct the information channels of communication and sharing, optimization of the organizational structure and consensus of corporate culture which are called auxiliary human resource synergy. Group Company should set down the uniform strategic objective and control accordingly, establish communication mechanism, optimize organizational structure and strengthen the integration and management of the culture.Synergy is the goal of parent-subsidiary management. It embodies an excellent operating condition of the company. The human resource synergy of Group Company can gain human resource synergy effect, promote the growth of enterprise value and achieve good management.
