Under the environment of knowledge economy ,the key point of accomplishing sustainable development is using the human resources in organizations reasonably, promoting the working efficiency of employees in organizations, forming the core competitive strength of organizations. In the various factors of effecting efficiency of employees, The working attitude is the focal point being paid close attention by scholars home and abroad constantly. My research selected an important aspect of employee's working attitude—organizations commitment , investigating the effect of organizations' commitment to employees by theoretical analysis and demonstration and survey, and put the result of research in the practice, using for reference for organizations' resources management activity.My research first adopted the style of theory and summarizing, at the basis of outline the different views of scholars home and abroad to the connotation and dimensionality of organizations' commitment and employees' effiency ,defining the meaning of relating concept adopting by my research, at the same time subdivide the organizations' commitment to affectivity commitment,standard commitment and durative commitment, subdivide the employees' efficiency to duty efficiency and relation efficiency. Also analysis the mechanism of affect of organization's commitment to employees' efficiency in theory.At the basis of analysis above, I bring forward the hypothesis about the effect of organizations commitment to employees' efficiency, and undertake descriptive statistical analysis,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis to the research data by using statistical software ,in order to validate the providing hypothesis. Analytical result confirmed that not only the organizations' commitment exist direct correlation to employees' efficiency apparently, but also influence the level of employees' performance, and define the demonstrational model of effect of organizations' commitment to employees' performance. Finally, according to the research conclusion, I brought forward the measure to promote organizations' commitment ,further promote the employees' performance and efficiency. Mainly include three aspects: adopting "people-oriented" passional management method, construct perfect employees' training institution to promote employees' organizational commitment and construct welfare police coupled with working performance.The innovation of my research lie in that according the demonstration and research, constructing the model of effect of organizations'commitment to employees'accievement in Chinese culture background.The model provided reference for human resources management of china organizations to some extent.Of course, the article have many insufficiency ,mainly is limited by the research condition and individual energy, the scope of questionnaire is limited, the area is concentrate. Whether the research findings have widespread representativeness to organizations is pending the further research; Although the selecting questionnaire is universal used home and abroad, also writer carry out the related analysis, but the applicability of the questionnaire is pending the further research. These insufficiencies demand the further reinforcement in coming academic research.I Believe , Along with the research about relation of organizations 'commitment and employees' performances penetrating deeply, The humans will deepen the understanding to the relations of both sides inevitably, providing theoretical reference for the practice of human resource management.
