Human resources are the enterprise's first resources, In the era of knowledge economy, corporate's human resources management has been increased to a strategic position. With the rapid development of insurance industry, the conflict between the development of demand for professionals and serious shortage of supply is increasingly serious. Becouse of the shortage of supply, the mobility of talents is more and more frequent; the phenomena of employee turnover emerge one after another. This aggravates the confilict of human resources in insurance industry. The research on employee turnover has received great achievement, but the research in insurance company is always in the period of qualitative analysis, severely lack of quantitative analysis. Around the turnover problem in insurance company, based on Price-Muller (2000) model, this thesis investigated the determinants of Chinese insurance company, and gave the solution. The contents are as followed:First, identified the couse of risks of turnover. Based on the overview of theory research, the thesis summarized 23 variables as the main risk variables for positive analysis.Second, positive analysised the turnover problem in insurance company. The main conclusions are: 1.Through factor analysis, described how the factors such as Distributive Justice explain the turnover problem. 2. Through one-way ANOVA, specified the corretions between demographic variables and turnover. 3. Through corretion analysis, described the corretions between the Environmental, Structural, Individual and Endogenous variables.Third, in accordance with the general risk analysis procedures, this thesis analysised the risk consequences identification, risk assessment, risk evaluation. Through integrated with many master's and doctoral theses, combined with the actual situation of the insurance companies, this thesis identify risk of consequences in a more comprehensive manner. Combined with Human Capital theory and Cascio Model, this thesis assessed the risk of turnover. Through risk couse evalution, the thesis pointed the way to prvent the risk,and through risk consequence evaluation, this thesis found the most important risk, laid the foundation for making risk-control measures.
