In October 2003, Scientific Outlook on development was made at the Third Plenary Session of the sixteenth Central Committee, Chengdu city carried out Economic and social development in urban and rural areas,in order to progress the unified design between the city and the countryside. At present,The Rural Share Cooperation System in China is still in the Pilot Phase and has not entered the stage of the legal norms. In Practice,there are still a lot of Problems. How to solve these problems and improve the RSCS and bring its strengths into play ,becomed a key issue for us. Thus,studyed on influence Factors of peasants joined the Rural Share Cooperation System are not only meaningful in theory but also important in practice.Based on theory of RSCS,combined with the research achievements of farmland transfer, we choose Chengdu city for investigation, talked about the SCSRL system's performance. Then on the basis of theoretical analysis.,we put forward the research hypotheses, from peasants feature,organization behavior,system of environmental,education and culture factors to research the influence Factors of peasants joined the Rural Share Cooperation System. While using the Logistic model analysis and desire analysis. We attempted to reveal the new problems and bottlenecks which emerged in the RSCS reform . According to the results of investigation and data analysis, several research conclusions are drawn:(1)The RSCS in Chengdu was extent successfully ,have appeared "Qionglai Tangying model" and "five flowers in Sansheng town model" and so on .However the scal of the RSCS was still small and stayed in Junior step.(2)Through studied on the influence factors quantitative ,the results of model appeared: the level of peasants education, the proportion of non-agricultural income, quantity of labor, poison insurance were positive correlation with farmer's apiration,however, the annual per-capita income and the level of knowledge about RSCS were negative correlation with farmer's apiration. Through analysis external factors, the attitude of village neighborhood committee and the will of the villagers also have a certain extent influence.(3)Above all ,considered the willing of peasants when carried on The RSCS, insisted the principles of equality and voluntariness ,progressed the science knowledge of peasants, established and perfected the RSCS system .Besides,developed secondary industry and tertiary industry,reformed residence registration system, consummated social security system, set up a nicer external environment,so that developed the RSCS system...
