An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Rural Share Cooperative System On Urban-rural Integration

With the continuous industrialization and modernization of China’s economy,the rural share cooperation system has been started in 80 s for the sake of promoting the development of rural economy,Through the way of clarifying the collective property right and quantizating stock,the establishment of village level stock cooperative has ensured the interests of farmers and promoted the development of rural economy.The18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)have pointed out that accelerating the integration of urban and rural areas is the basic strategic task that the party and the state should continue to implement.One of the most difficult problems to break is the dualization phenomenon of economic structure between urban and rural areas.While the rural share cooperation system as an innovative business model,it not only maintains the peasants’ immediate interests and gives them more property rights and interests,but also adds new impetus to the development of the rural economy,thus promoting the integration of urban and rural areas.Therefore,researching on the impact of the rural share cooperation system on urban-rural integration,verifying the generalization of the system,finding the influence path and the existing problems,and in order to promote the development of urban and rural integration,putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the rural share cooperation system provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of the system,and has certain reference significance.This paper not only combines qualitative and quantitative methods but aslo combines theory with practice.First of all,from the impact path,the mechanism of the rural share cooperation system affecting urban-rural integration is analyzed theoretically.Next,this paper makes an empirical analysis using the data of statistical yearbook of Ningbo in 2002-2014.Through the construction of urban-rural integration evaluation index system and related index calculation,this paper uses difference-in-differences model to test the fixed effect of the relevant index of urban-rural integration.It is concluded that the influence of the rural share cooperation system on urban-rural integration is not comprehensive,referring to this area,the rural share cooperation system has certain effect in promoting the development of social economy,promoting the living standards of urban-rural residents,increasing the social security and public facilities construction level and optimizing the structure of the population level,but havecertain negative effects on the environment development.Finally,with the empirical test results and theoretical analysis as the basis,found some problems in the process of urban-rural integration development under the influence of the rural share cooperation system,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,such as setting up The coordination mechanism of industrial structure adjustment,improving the investment and financing mechanism of rural share cooperation system,strengthening the construction of environmental protection mechanism in the implementation of the rural share cooperation system,and improving the distribution of interest and risk protection mechanism in the implementation of the rural share cooperation system,to further promote the comprehensive development of urban and rural integration.
