In the transactions of the market, asymmetric information between the consumer and the seller often leads to the consumer in a weak position on the market.In order to change their own in the transaction adverse conditions, some consumers have been seeking a buyer to maximize the total value of customers in order to protect the interests of their own consumption. In such circumstances,group-buying are more and more favored by the consumers. With Chinese widespread popularity of computer applications, a new form of group-buying which is called service enterprise based on group-buying on the network has developed rapidly. However, from the development practice of group-buying in china point of view , because of their experience of time is not too long, there are many of its own contradictions and problems to be resolved.In particular, marketing in its mode of operation also require further refinement and optimization. Therefore, the issue of research for service enterprise based on group-buying on the network will contribute to their sustainable and rapid development.And It is of great significance.Firstly, in reviewing the existing literature about group-buying at home and abroad, the article carefully combing the development course of the Chinese group-buying movement and the current status quo summs up the connotation of group-buying.That is Joint all the needs and wishes with the reality of the "sub-unit " to form a larger virtual "single procurement body," the size of its largest single procurement, the formation of supplier procurement advantages, inducing the supply side to give the most favorable price discounts or preferential treatment to arrive at transaction orders of a new type of transaction mode for mass consumption patterns. Group-buying online is the combination of group-buying movement and internet technology, and increasingly full of great vitality.Secondly, Through sorting out and summarizing the markting operation mode about service enterprise based on group-buying on the network, the article believes that there are three major mode,that is,the entire process leading mode, information Intermediary mode and the mode of facilitating single consumer. The markting operation mode about service enterprise based on group-buying on the network is by the impact and constraints of consumer shopping preferences, the bargaining space of goods, credit level of the seven factors.Thirdly, article systemicly c(?)nstructs the evaluation model about operating effect group-buying online, the use of brand promotion, customer value, professionalism, credit guarantee services, as well as follow-up five-level indicators, two indicators of 16 constitute more systematic evaluation index system.Last, in this paper, the dynamic price optimization program that is three-stage model of buy transactions is proposed,including of transactions trigger period, the duration of the transaction and the completion of the transaction period. At the same time, the article firstly mention the concept of "the demand for group-buying", that is, from the network of polymer dispersion and the homogeneity of the demand for personalized, customized to the manufacturers with the personality characteristics needed for the production of goods and services. And the expansion of Internet-based service businesses group-buying marketing have a positive meaning.
